Based in Hyderabad, Aishwarya Agriprocessors formally Aishwarya Industries is a star Export House recognized by the Government of India that processes and exports premium quality Rice of different variants. Under the dynamic leadership of Om Prakash Agarwal and Naresh Kumar Goel, Aishwarya Agriprocessors has been growing consistently at a healthy pace and today, its one of the leading Rice exporters.

Aishwarya Agriprocessors processes approximately 250 tonnes paddy per day. The paddy is procured mostly from Telangana and Karnataka.

Parboiling

Our state of art PLC (an automated process for parboiling) parboiling unit with a capacity of 160 tonnes per day is used for parboiling of the paddy.

Milling/Processing

It has the following stages
  • De-husking of Paddy
  • Milling of Paddy
  • Grading of Rice
  • Sorting of Rice
  • Quality Check of Rice (SOTEX)
  • Packing of Rice

Infrastructure

The company’s state-of-the-art processing plant includes the cutting-edge machineries for complete processing of the rice, from milling and sorting to polishing and packaging. The plant is maintained in a clean and hygienic condition and kept completely dust proof.

Every stage from selection to procurement and processing of paddy is done in line with international standards. The plant has the required capacity in processing as well as storage to drive future growth.

Testing Dryer

It’s used for drying paddy grain samples. Around 48 samples can be dried simultaneously by hot air by a device. Power to the device is regulated by a safety device that maintains effective control over temperature flow.

Testing Winnower

It handles the chore of separating from the good grain, undesirables like heavy impurities, light impurities and broken grains. All of these are discharged by separate outlets in line with their density.

Testing Husker

It has two rubber rolls that are rotated by the operator at different speeds which effectively performs the husking of paddy. During the husking process, husked rice, the husks and the bad paddy are effectively separated and later removed by an aspirator. At a time, 10 gms of paddy can be husked.

Testing Mill

Made up of high grade cast iron and steel, it is used for rapidly whitening samples of paddy.

Testing Thickness Grader

It’s used for laboratory scale grading of paddy grains according to their thickness.
