It's processed by technically advanced machines with the best quality of Paddy at the company's state-of-the-art mill. The processing starts with removal of all the impurities by a sophisticated machinery called Testing Winnower that separates from the good paddy grain, undesirables like stones, broken grains and light as well as heavy impurities. This is followed by Milling, grading and sorting by the latest milling, grading and sorting technology in line with international quality standards to ensure high quality and purity of the Rice. The entire processing is done in compliance with the food industry standards and norms. Finally, pure Sona Masuri Rice is packed hygienically using German and Japanese technology and machinery.
